Elvis was cool before we knew what cool was long live the king

I was 15 when he died. My mother drove 8 hrs to get to Graceland when they moved his body from the cemetery to his property so we could be there to pay our respects. I still have the carnation they handed out to every female lining up along the stone fence waiting hours to get in. They wanted a donation in return & us to leave them at the newly dug gravesite but I held onto mine all these years plus a maple leaf from the front yard that had just fallen. I will return & leave the carnation before I die.

Elvis and my great grandma Keene both died on the same day, my 8th birthday on August 16th 1977. The lady next door cried for days while playing Elvis records. It really tore a lot of people up.

The home is a time capsule. RIP Elvis and family.

Been to Graceland so many times. Always love going there especially at Christmas. I Love You Elvis Presley and Graceland.

Elvis Presley was a simple country man a his home proves it I believe Graceland was his comfort zone a Home but I believe Hawaii was his relaxing place he could breath better a have his privacy a respect.

You know something guys regardless what Elvis Presley and Priscilla went through Priscilla was his love and his daughter I have to give it to Priscilla she really did something beautiful with her ex-husband things she kept it and she did something with it I really believe deeply in my heart that Priscilla was still in love with Elvis Presley she just couldn't take his abuse of using drugs and that's probably was killing her so she did what she had to do to try to step off the marriage but I am so thankful that she kept his things and did something with it to show it off to his beautiful honest fans and I thank you for that Priscilla and Lisa Marie cuz I was one of his fans to I can't afford it to go see his place but I'm always watching his videos and listen to his song and I think that that's enough for me God bless rest in peace my love you will be missed dearly but you will never be forgotten😘💖🎤🎸⭐💋🌹💧🙏

I remember that day clear as a bell. I was skipping rope with my friends outside. It was summer and news of his death, was mentioned on the news. I remember hearing my mom and my friend’s mom screaming. We ran into my friend’s house and are moms were freaking out! That’s all everyone was talking about. What a bad day.

After years of devotion I went there, ill never know where everyone else had disappeared to but nobody was there except me, I opened the door and took myself around in peace, and quietness. Priscilla had hung a huge framed photo of HERSELF which was not there when he was alive.

The kitchen in Graceland is very much like mine.the carpet in the kitchen and everything countertops,the layout very popular interior of graceland even to this day.elvis also owned several other upscale houses in memphis germantown was one.

Hello to all of u Elvis Aron Presley fans im Michael Phipps how's everybody doin i was lookin at Elvis' livin room at his Graceland Mansion everyone of these room was empty when Elvis bought it i know for a fact Elvis fully furnished every room n this his 3 floor Mansion i believe Elvis bought this his Graceland back n 1952 or 54 ive bn all through this Mansion an ive cn the upstairs bedroom too several times an what a bedroom it is Elvis has everything he needs to just live up there ive cn bedrooms before but ive never cn one like that he(Elvis)sure liked TV's well that's bout it bout the upstairs bedroom ive bn bout every room n that Mansion an alot of walkin i couldn't go through it anymore cause me an my wife Susie both r disabled well that's bout it for now oh yeah that damn sneakin back Priscilla Presley wants to b buried beside a grave with nobody n it except what's left of a wax dummy an a very small air conditioner because Elvis Presley never died he's still very much an he's doin ok Lisa Marie is crazy f she lets Priscilla Presley b buried there but anyway like i said i know an i can prove ain't n his makes grave an i can prove it we that's bout for now for any comment email me at 931335-1868

I went to graceland in 1992.

I don't think was really at Christmas but rather for a Christmas tv show taped on location. Notice none of the red drapes were changed with the blue. Also only the living and dining rooms were decorated. It also looks like summer outside.
