Why the owner of these places won’t focus on cleanness? After watching this I would never eat them. Mubarak, it’s not true that the dough cannot be knead in the machine. Big companies they have machines to knead the dough. I understand if the owner doesn’t want to use the machine but at least he can make sure all the employees who are kneading the dough should wear gloves and clean clothes and employees who are making can wear clean clothes and cover their feet and make sure the area where they are preparing should be clean. I hope if the owner will read my comment and focused on keeping the area and his employees clean.

Just opposite to Haji Mehfooz Sheemal House, there is another very famous Broast and French fries pointer in Karachi; its name is KHAN BROAST (see just across the main highway).
