Thanks Serif for uploading a new video. Bomonti loft apartment is an amazing and huge 400meter square net area/450 meter square. The best thing is the location within 5 minutes of beautiful surroundings. It's also good for big parties and film shooting as you mentioned. Large living room and huge bedroom 100 meter square. I think it was designed very specifically like Netflix or TV serial's shooting and business meetings as well as personal choice. But it looks great and beautiful architecture. Price based on location and (450 square meter) which is not expensive like 1 million $US. If I compare it to Rotana Bomonti 2.2 M $ which is less covered area. I understand Rotana is a large and high rise building but it is more than 1.2 M$ price difference. In my opinion, if Serif advises you to buy then you should and I am highly confident you will get more than 30% profit within the time period.

Thank you so much brother. You are great observer. We always try to give transparently what is available in the market. This is basically for a person who is targeting a space not as usual as others living. I can say that exceptional place explorers right shot.
