Danny, Do you know if the garage area is factored into that 5,300 sq. ft., or is it separate? In other words, the house is 5,300 sq. ft. + the garage area?

The garage area is separate from the 5,300 Sqft house. The garage is an additional ~1700 square feet. Just an update - this house recently closed for $5.4M😁

The home is beautiful on the outside but the layout is horrible inside. Downstairs is very cookie cutter. People in the living room can’t talk to or see people in the kitchen and same goes for the dining area. Plus I’m not paying $6 mil to have carpet in my house. Very overpriced home! That primary bedroom downstairs is clearly a junior suite compared to the primary upstairs. Pool could be bigger too.

Has to be one of the worst designed homes I've ever seen. Tear it down. What a waste of a lot. It's bad. I don't see 5700 square feet at all. More like 3k

@@dannydhas Wow. I feel sad. It's not only poorly designed, it's also visibly cheaply constructed. It's not the first poorly designed home I've seen in Ascaya. Makes me wonder who's really buying the homes there. I think I'd wanna meet a couple neighbors before actually purchasing a lot. Might be all corporate investors.
