I really like that house, as it is not just square, but has many funny angles and crooked rooms which are really nice, I absolutely love the furnishings and the way the house is made very nice, it is a very nice house, and I could see myself living there.

House is very nice looks like it will definitely last a long time vertically maintenance free I love the zero landscaping to the place is incredible will definitely last a very long time..,the only thing is it’s to bad the roof doesn’t have quote rooftop space along with a bathroom and some shade areas it’s just another selling point

Do the glass on the master suite and bath frost ? I really wished the master was on the 2nd floor and there was a loft on the second floor. Otherwise, beautiful home. My favorite from Blue Heron is still Zenith

@@dannydhas that honestly surprises me, as Blue Heron’s attention to detail is normally on point. I feel like it would be impossible to shower or take a bath with home guests. Unless they can’t see from the outside ? Yes Zenith is incredible!

Great video! We are doing something similar with the kitchen. Do you know the size of the islands? And also the distance between two islands?

Hey Shawn! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I’m sure your kitchen will turn out great! These are rough estimates as I don’t have exact dimensions - but each island seems to be 3 feet wide and about 12-13 feet long, with about 5 feet between the two islands🙌 Hope that helps😁

it's been completed in 2023? it looks kinda outdated, i'm missing some more modern recessed lights instead of those standard can lights, maybe even trimless recessed lights, wall hung toilets, heated mirrors evgerywhere, rain showerheads that come from the ceiling and are pretty big. yeah the attention to detail here for 8.5 million is not the best.
