Beautiful. This is a winner. I would add vanities to my sink. I really like this one. I love the pantry for people who realy cook. Do they put in window screens/mesh to keep insects out. A seller.

9 million for a shared tiny bathroom and toilet ? Lovely home but too expensive Bedrooms are not en suites The fence ( no gate ) is concerning There’s a theme with Kenyan real estate Overly overpriced Dark and brown wardrobes and cabinets No bath tubes It should only be priced at 2 or 3 million

Bathtubs are not standard fittings, less than 5% prefer it. Would be harder house to sell to the majority. I personally detest them. Good job Mwalimu

Nice houses, but as it is typical of Kenyan buildings, the window & door iron grills are in semblance of Kamiti maximum prison, or for that matter to keep gender balance, that of Shimola tewa. Please, advise builders to come up with something creative, attractive & less traumatizing finishings. No discouragement meant.
