I just flew back from GDL-Guadalajara, Mexico and saw a penthouse it was unfurnished there. Since the last time I flew there back in1980. They had no High-Rise buildings back then. Now I cannot believe how much it has changed. I saw many High-Rise condos and with Penthouses now. Now GDL is growing fast because it is called the Silicon Valley of Mexico. So, there are many Hi-Tech Companies located there now. There are many homes and condos for sale there now and they are beautiful. Just trying different areas, to look for a vacation home now that I am retired from an Auto and Home Insurance Company after 22 years of service.

This video was excellent. A comparable at Waldorf is 9 million dollars and the BIG difference is no balconies at Waldorf and no personal parking spots, but you do get the view of the sphere. Not worth double the price and double the HOA fees lol

I used to own a unit in these buildings. I have to be totally honest these buildings were built by a group of contractors, the build the most exquisite from your floorboards to your ceilings when I invited my dad and my mom from New York, who also lived in a high-rise of the time my dad had told me he had never ever in his life Seen a high-rise and my father lived in a very expensive place in New York, and he said his exact words his place was a shit hole compared to this. My father broke down the details of the craftsmanship they took to build this buildings. Unfortunately they were built during a time of the O8 crisis. so the lot of these units said vacant for a long time but I’ll tell you this I know people that have paid four times this amount for unit like this. I’m not nearly as nice as this one not even close I paid over $1 million for mine and mine was just two bedrooms two bathrooms as she was closer to Mill eight so this is actually a really, really really really great deal, the morning is done an amazing job showing it. I’ll tell you this if I didn’t live in the ridges I would own this unit once again unfortunately now I’m in my 30s and I prefer having a single-story home but if I had to do over again I miss living there. I didn’t have to worry about backyard, pools, maintenance club, houses, and all that nonsense, great video

At 4 and a half million dollars that penthouse is a steal ! 10 years from now it'll be worth twice that ! Why they put the same tile in all the bathrooms has me puzzled ? The darkness around the TV and fireplaces was perfect, I would not change that at all. And the 2 parking spaces are fantastic, you know what that would cost in New York city ? Nice unit only issues I have with these Vegas strip condos is there is no community at all and no place to shop for just regular food like Costco. I guess if you can afford that unit you can get a personal shopper. Views are amazing, decor is a little gaudy for most people, it should be taken down a bit IMO

Like the kitchen but other areas like the master bath the mirror seems plain, cheap and not LED backlit. Also does not appear to have a steam shower feature plus the closets look a bit small. Overall for $4.5 mill I would expect more although the massive bedrooms w/ en suite baths are quite nice. Also like the multiple balconies. The driver service is super cool (no DUI worries).

Thanks for watching, and great question! The finishes and design absolutely don’t compare, it would be like comparing a nicely done Lennar home with a custom home. Additionally, the views from this particular corner in T2 with this view are beyond- you’re not looking into another tower, they are completely unobstructed.

I lived in vegas for a bit and I hated it, but man adding the new pro teams, city center etc… I am starting to change my opinion a little bit. Besides Sedona isn’t that far of a trip

The glass was the first thing that made me angry I can’t imagine paying 4.5 million for a “penthouse” and not having true floor to ceiling glass, I was staring at that section up top where it ends (not at the ceiling) about 3-4 feet of the panoramic views cut off by a piece of i don’t know what a BLOCKER is what I would call that. Seems they forgot to put penthouse windows in the penthouse those windows are not true floor to ceiling at all and the fact that you would try to say they are is just misleading and not true they stop way before they meet the ceilings and a blocker is put all around wow …makes me so angry it steals so much from the space also just noticed the bottom of the windows don’t even meet the floor 😂making them stand out even more like a sore thumb what year was this place built wow I would never feels like a prison cage no flow window design is flawed huge bar running 20% lower than half way thru whole way along stealing the magic of the windows reminding you they are windows 🪟 should be huge windows with nothing in the middle obstructing the views

Hi thanks for watching. The monthly HOA dues are in the description box :) they’re based on the interior sq footage. $4213/M- includes use of all amenities, driver service, guard gated security, cable and Internet, water, gas, and insurance for the exterior.
