I bought my second expensive house last two weeks paid in cash, I feel so happy for myself and my achievements watching this random video. So glad I made a good decision about my finance that changed me forever. just hope it encourages someone that it doesn't matter if you doesn't matter if you don't have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! investing is a grand choice I made! great video! thanks for sharing! @@emmaemily7308 Generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (Alexandra Diana Jose) a consultant who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy... So I'd advise you do get a good investment advisor for yourself.

Renovation in 5 years later you may be able to get 10Ms for it... 5 acres, 5 bedrooms, 5 car Garage..... NICE ....already got everything, even if its not your taste, its livable; 5 to 10 years, while building equity within the home, renovate and sell and if not in a HOA...it would be perfect with that much land... NICE

I am sorry but turning that beautiful home into a modern monster is sad, I bet the home was stunning before all the odd wall accents and curved walls that serve no purpose. Gut and start over if I had the money to buy it.

One of the most beautiful homes you have shown. I love the nature view. Not a big fan of that high microwave since I am not that tall. Just curious, where are the nearest neighbors and the nearest main road? Is it far from basic necessities like groceries and hospitals?

Hi Fermin, so this one is in a very nice area of Nashville. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, yet the community was in a very private area. Think it was 8 minutes from our hotel which was by a Kroger, Target and tons of other shops. Thanks for watching and supporting us in our YT journey :) Mike.

Wow, this is an amazing home. If you have a large family, or friends, the parties would be amazing. Not a fan of the tainles backsplash, but easy to change. I think it needs some color. I don't think my 4'10" wife would like the appliances so high, seems strange to put them that high. Thanks for sharing. Hope you and Hailey are enjoying, or enjoyed, the trip.

I don't know I'm feeling like it's still dated for some reason, I see they have all the upgrades in the appliances and stuff but I don't know kind of reminds me of the '60s maybe it's just cuz of the decor it's still a nice house
