Just the house is five million, the LOT is extra $$$. The five million is for the square feet size of the house including architectural layout, features, craftsmanship, grading, excavation, foundation, lot perimeter wall, landscaping, driveway, etc. etc. etc., and of course the name and reputation of the Builder.

Since I complained the other day about big houses on small lots, I thought I should talk about this one. The house is magnificent. The lot size is rather small. BUT there are trees and a marvelous front yard. The primary closet space is extremely large. That isn’t a complaint. I’m just stunned by the thought of my meager wardrobe hanging in that closet. However, I have a friend who thinks the size would be just right for her! The primary bathroom has a lovely soaking tub with great sunshine coming in through the very large window. I had to laugh when I saw that the house next door had multiple windows overlooking this tub. That is my only complaint with this fabulous home. I guess heavy drapes will be blocking that beautiful sunshine most days. 😉 I expect this house will sell very quickly.

This layout of home is Awesome. If the new home owner wanted, they could have, screened in the back porch, where they can be opened or closed; This way they can avoid bugs , etcc. And heated heaters on the ceiling, but I think this has to be done at the time of construction. Or ask contractor if it can be done after the move in.

There's a beautiful wiry style that the decorator kept through out the living spaces and actually starting from the outside,,,the cabinet handles , the chandeliers(outstanding) ,the chairs,some artwork and artifacts ,it could've been grand if the wall color was lighter (incredible white),,, but overall it's very,very nice....! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I love all these mansion tours, but find in most there is no pool!!! Some may be gated communities with amenities but I need a pool & jacuzzi if we’re paying millions!!!!

It is a nice house. However, there is not a lot of space in between the homes. It's too close together for my personal taste. The builders should really look into spacing the homes apart from one another.

Lovely looking home. I don't have an issue with the size or price. Obviously, someone can afford a $5 million dollar home, and since they can afford it. The house should be worth it. With that being said, for 9200 sf house, they should have made the powder room a little bit bigger so that someone standing at the sink isn't bumping into the toilet. The powder room a layout and size is a mistake, especially considering the size of the home. This size of powder room is acceptable in smaller house footprint.

@@08davey I'm referring to architects and designers when I say "creatives". Building a home is 1-2 year process maybe longer. Change doesn't happen overnight, this is real estate. Not the stock market.

@@COLEMANJOHNS For some reason KZfaq suggests I look at new constructions in Nashville. It doesn't matter the builder, the realtor, the architect, or location. The vast majority of them are the same modern farmhouse, with the same color palette. The only difference is the number of zeroes in the price.

It's a beautiful home but $5 million is bit too steep. The two spaces behind the kitchen felt a bit redundant.

Gosh the blonde ash floors are just the way to go. Whenever I see a dark floor in any home it just screams to me that it needs updating even if it's newly constructed. The custom woodwork and the one pieced backspace in the kitchen was smart and should be thought of as standard for homes be they 300K or 3M, its just a practical design for traditional, minimal, transitional or boho, farm, euro. I wish we could get away from gray paint and subway tiles in the design world.

To close to the neighbors,where they can see right through the window in the bathroom. 9:32 - 9:40 One day , like to see 2 bathrooms in the master bathroom. They went from $240K ( 2019 ) up to $460K ( 2021 ). Those people who bought $460k here, property taxes are $6,000 and $7,000 a year. We bought our for $140K years ago. It's paid off 7 years ago. Somebody said, you can sell your home and make a huge profit ( last year 2021 ) , why , just to buy an more expensive home and go back to paying on a mortgage. I said, don't think soooo !

Beautiful house but not worth 5 million! Bathrooms sinks, tiles you can see in a 500k house or a 1 million! What good is a tub with a window that has no view except that the neighbors can see you! The kitchen looked simple for 5 million! Butler pantry room looked like where the real cooking would be done! It looks like a 2.5 to 3 million dollar house even in NY! I agree with others who would put a 5 million dollar house on that small piece of property! No pool, no great views and the porches weren’t that spectacular for the price! Thanks for the tour!

Every home is two story. Why doesn't Brentwood, Nashville build some one story high end homes? Not everyone wants to climb stairs!!!! One story homes are just as luxurious as two story homes...just need a little more land to build them on.

Seems way overpriced for what it is, but nice construction details. Very close to high traffic road with no expansive views or privacy. Lots of empty space surrounded by too much Sheetrock. Very little detail or contour in most baths and bedrooms, and narrow hallways with little relief.

5 million where? I have seen homes 1 million 200 thousand that has more style , with a pot filler, and curved staircase, maybe it’s the location certainly not the home. I just don’t see 5 million, 1.5 maybe!

Beautiful home, but the staging was subpar. Furniture scaling did not match the floor plan and the quality of the items cheapened the feel of the space.

The same home in the Atlanta Metro Area including Alpharetta and Marietta is $875,000 to $1,000,000. I BS you not! This a home. Not a mansion. In Charlotte NC the same home would be about the same amount of $5,000,000
