I find modern day apartments have no character, a few nice gadgets etc but they all give off hotel vibes. Great for vacations but doesn't give that homely feel. I'd say there are soulless 😭

True, this one has a zero homely feel to it. It's main assets are its 330sqm floor space and the views so I think a foreign buyer who loves London would find this very appealing. The location isn't the best but it's not bad.

I like minimalistic modernism: you can basically start from scratch with this unit, and make it homely. It is the building's exterior that could use much more imagination.

What a joke, firstly there is no such thing as a sky room . This is not in space or on a private A320. I also saw another video where he is saying a balcony is a winter garden, what the heck is a winter garden, what is this world coming to ? Also that price is one of the biggest rip off out there, you can buy a 4 bedroom house in London for around 1 million spend another 400k on it, and you will end up with something a lot lot better. Wake up people and put a stop to this daylight robbery.
