The backyard was my favorite. The second home seemed very custom-made. I would not know what to do with that extra space. I guess I would move the gym to the second home and make the gym space into a game room and display for all my Marvel/DC statue collections.

I’m always excited when you release new videos but when I saw the run time of this one, I knew it would be special. What an epic property. The more I watched, the more $8M seemed like a deal! I loved that the owner designed the guesthouse to work as a collector’s garage. Would love to see it filled with supercars. Have you seen that Malibu garage that Josh Altman sold? I love properties like that where the focus isn’t on living space but on garage space. I’m guessing you’d put the LaFerrari on the turntable? Enzo for me of course. Something I really like is how the real- estate content creators are now wearing more casual outfits. The casual outfits give the vibe of " U can achieve this" but the formal outfits seem to say " dont even think abt achieving it".

This is a very old villa. I don't know when it was built, but I feel that it is more than 20 years old, and it is not a matter of privacy. I see that its price is not appropriate.

I´m just keeping it real. The only way I could afford this house is by winning the lotto or something unbeknownst to me. You gave a beautiful tour to a beautiful home. The wall paper in the bathrooms was a personal preference. None of which to my liking. But, the house is gorgeous. The attention to detail was superb. May God bless me to not only dream of this house but to make my skills profound to make it a reality.

when I saw the price I had to do a double take I thought it was a misprint. 1:19 for my part I would also buy the gray Mansion next to it and the one next to that one Its a shame the Mansion wasn't staged and incorporate all the furniture, art, ect into the sale price it always helps to sell it.
