I love watching Kenyan properties and I have to say, this one is well thought out. I almost have no critiques in terms of design and layout. I know people are saying there should be a pool in a home this big, but this in westlands, cost of land is extremely expensive. If they had squeezed in a pool, the size of the home would have to be compromised. My only issue with the homes in kenya is the quality of the work. Often times the work is so sloppy. For instance there’s grout in places it shouldn’t be, paint spilled over on to tiles, door fixtures and cabinets not mounted properly etc. There’s ALWAYS issues in every home guaranteed. And these are issues that can be avoided if there was more attention to detail. I wish the contractors could be on top of the workers to ensure top notch quality! Otherwise this home is pretty fantastic!!

Quick advice: Normalize using the standard currency conversion rate. $850,000 is about 99Million shillings. Being that the house is 85,000,000 kshs, it's pricing in USD is $728,000 The difference between 99M and 85M is 14Million shs. So kindly don't mislead your audience Otherwise good work and nice house!

For such a price tag i think each house should have at least a swimming pool or a bit bigger backyard. I know peponi is prime estate but developers are abit mean with space. Anyway naongelea kitu siwezi afford. Nice house though.
