You cannot own land but you can lease

There are loopholes in the law that can make you think you can buy land but don’t be fooled, I know of people who have lost everything who thought everything was legal and above board until the government came in and seized the lot. The only secure properties you can buy are condos and apartments so don’t listen to all the sales patter, until the government changes the laws in Thailand don’t waste your money you could end up losing everything you have worked for.

So three minutes into this six minute video and all you've shown us is a pool!! Then at the five minute mark, you were back out in front of the pool!! 4:59 So basically the $1.6M HOUSE only got TWO MINUTES!!!! Sorry but that's not a great ratio for me to spend that much money, if all I'm really getting is a nice pool!!
