For the same price the lot size is too small, worse off they are cramped too close. I can get better option here in Perth 🇦🇺

It’s a very wrong move to invest in such a property ,we will do a video to explain further on that ,in the meanwhile it might go for 500 to 600ksh a month

What strikes me is that some of the places you showcase are brand new, yet they have glaring "attention to detail" issues. For instance, the paint job at that price point is abysmal. They've painted over the wood, leaving a messy finish. For those prices, they definitely need to hire better painters.
