I love your house tours - really like the concept of a 'laundry cupboard'. I've seen that they've started to put these in new builds, and it's such a useful, clever addition. :)

I just wanted to add, that I absolutely love the fact that you describe textures, materials and sounds as well as colours and layout and appliances etc. I feel,as if I could be blind and still get a good feel for what this house is like and have a mental image of how it would feel to live in it.

Sliding doors could be handy and easy on the wardrobes.. Rather than the full open doors because of less space.

New builds tend to get a lot of bad rep due mainly to poor workmanship and cheap construction, as an architect it is perhaps useful to do a video to dispel the myths if you believe they exist. Perhaps there are more reputable house builders than others, would love to watch video going through this.

Hi AJ, thanks for the comment. The developer hasn't released the pricing for this property, you have to enquire when you are looking to buy. You can check the description and look at the other properties recently sold via the developer's link if you want to know what it'll be in the region of :)
