Key Card Locks are very easy to activate… get Dead Locks fitted .. This shows that it’s cheaply Done..

All very nice, But as foreigners are not allowed to own land in Thailand so how long is the lease 10 years or longer you have to be very careful when you're buying property their. As you make no mention of this in your presentation of prophecy rather disturbing 9:00

Its a penthouse so foreigners can own it freehold as long as Thais own more than 51% of the total apartment complex. With apartments you don't own the land so as long as you satisfy the 51%/49% rule its not an issue - only villas or townhouses have the lease due to the land. TBH I would be more concerned about the glaring lack of rooftop hot-tub for this price.

Sunrise is on that side though and there are other perks to being on this side of the island, it's a bit easier to get around and you have a Marina right there as well as other luxury facilities, malls, restaurants, sports facilities etc.
