Very nice thai style design. Very down to earth, and no gold and kitsch. I would guess the building cost for all the facility and furniture is max. 2 mio. Usd. So the price for the land plot is 5 mio. Usd. What a steal lol

Hi, Victoria. I have a suggestion. It would require extra work, but would add value to the presentation. Watching your videos, I sometimes wonder how the place would look at night. How about showing certain scenes, such as a living room, the primary bedroom, the swimming pool or the beach around or after sunset? Certainly challenging for your photographer but she is certainly capable of handling it. I believe it would spark more interest in your viewers/potential buyers. Cheers!

House is lovely however, I saw the ocean just 18 yards in front of the home & water behind the home as well. Thailand do have on a regular basis powerful storms coming of the ocean & it's rainy seasons! Second where is or how close is the fire department if needed? This property may have been some kind of separate retreat before the decision to call it a house!

Wonderful home, of course, but 7 million dollars ….??? Come on…. Ludicrously priced. Victoria you have shown many times on your Chanel some fantastic homes far less than this, yes you have extensive privacy but I’m afraid long term stay in such isolation is something I could never do ? But hay wonderfully presented as always and it appears you are back in Thailand from your visit to DUBIA… hope you had a great time there ….. cheers from the UK …. Sadly so many of these properties are out of my reach !

Remember Victoria is just a cute face used to sell realestate. She is not smart or skilled enough to decide pricing and content. There are plenty of websites that have good properties in Thailand. In all fairness, the video work is great and makes it good to understand details about the properties. To be honest, it would better if she did not speak, as she is not very articulate.
