Hey Jason. Nice open entry. Ohhh. Furniture included? Nice. I’m digging the kitchen, nook and agreed Jason ; the bar. 🍹🍷🍸🥃. Spacious outdoor dining. Hey Alex. Love the primary suite. Sitting area. En-suite. Thought the same about the closet. Dept store layout. A study also in the primary. Oh. Another level. That flex space is awesome. Loving the pool, lots of room for loungers, indoor or outdoor kitchen. Amazing views. Love it. Like the furniture. Just needs splashes of color and make it my own. Damnnnn prices are just insane in Florida. You did a tour of ts1 which I loved from the first time you opened the door and saw that view. That unit to me is much nicer and fully furnished at 6 2 mil if I rmbr correct.

If there isn't an elevator I can see why they're moving. No one over 40 is taking the spiral of death to get to the pool. A lot of wasted space, which surprises me. What street is this on? I bet within 7 years what little view of the ocean they have will be gone. I wouldn't be surprised if the current owners thought of that. Once the ocean view is gone you'll have a 4 million dollar condo. Nice place though.

Of all the places Jason has shown this place has got to be my least favorite, for the price there's nothing special to me about it, it started in the family room leading to the kitchen, to me the floor needs to be the same pattern and the bar didn't do anything for me neither did the master bedroom and that whole second floor what a waste and the pool was just odd where it was, not my favorite at all.

Do homes in Miami have Home Movie Theaters? I never see them on this channel. Why paid millions of dollars for a home that doesn't have Movie Theater? That's why I love the homes that are in Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
