This is one of my favorite homes ever shown on the channel, it actually feels like something I would like to live in, many of the modern ones just end up feeling like malls or convention centers. The owners really cared and it shows.

I adore this house but HATE all of the decor. I was literally laughing at how very unfortunate all the design choices are. 😆😆 But the house and property are spectacular! Definitely fantasy worthy. 🥰🥰

The mirror scene at 17:55 was so wholesome! Also, noticed how the mosaic heart can be seen in the mirror when entering the bathroom? In general, the vibe between Enes and Mikey in this video was perfect making it so pleasant to watch. Great house, too!

That would keep you out of the snow. I lived in states that got snow and ice and didn’t have a garage to park in. Very annoying to go out in the morning. I would think it would be attached or there would be a porte cochère at least.

It feels like such a beautiful mansion should not have shoes in it! First time seeing a dog bathroom in a mansion, so thoughtful! The surrounding scenery is really beautiful, it makes people feel relaxed, the unexpected visitor is actually hummingbirds, what a surprise! Absolutely love the point Enes makes about the Installation of the Exterior doors! The snow build up here in Colorado totally warrents upgrades like these, especially the tile INSIDE, not only creating that barrier Enes mentioned, but really ties in the opening extremely well. This is a gorgeous home. The tile work is executed beautifully, the use of metal/wood/tile is both industrial and warm in its execution. The incorporated artwork throughout is both stunning and playful.. and 72 acres, wow. Love it.. Could live here in a heartbeat.

Colorado represent! A lot of Colorado homes are kind of rustic because of our heritage, but I think it'd be cool if you could find other modern houses in Colorado or any where in the Rookie mountains. Thanks Enes, Mikey, and the rest of the team for doing such professional tours and editing.

This is one of my favorite homes I've seen you tour so far. Looks really practical and livable. Detached guesthomes are, as you said, just awesome. The way the house is situated and the views alone are worth 8 mil alone. What a gorgeous yet functional house! I'm not a fan of the living room furniture, but if that's all I can say negatively... It's a winner. Personally I would just take the 1000 sq ft guest house. It's perfect in its own right. Again, great work Enes and Mikey!!

@KK: There was a spot in the video where they panned out slightly and you could see other homes that were closer than I had originally thought any would be. They were pretty close, but still far enough away to give you great privacy....

another great mountain home - that glass fixture in the entrance way looks like a Chihuly ( artist from Seattle) - his work is so distinctive

This house is so chill and amazing, and the views are really top tier. After the 100m house in Aspen I wasn't really sure if Colorado houses were doing it for me but this one convinced me otherwise. Honestly, you could swap the price tags, the views of the sky at the end are easily worth more than skiing.

The estate is marvelous! The exterior landscaping is precision. The exteriors of the estate are magnificent the stone and woodwork are captivating. Favorite spaces the living room with the fireplace, the primary bathroom open shower it's fab! The patio areas and the views go on and on.....There are so many sneak away places for a bit of calm. The guest house is just cute and sassy, it has EVERYTHING. Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for a tour of all is sumptuous....

My favorite part of this property is the guest house. A truly functional design with appropriate spacing given to the kitchen. The architect that designed the guest house approached it from the pov of he/she was going to live there themselves. This is the type of person you want to hire to design your house. #Brilliant #EnesPlus

A large complaint I have about many of the large houses that you tour is that they feel like a museum, kind of lifeless. This house is on the other end of the spectrum, it feels very homey and inviting. It's a fantastic house in a fantastic location, definitely one of my favorites that you've toured for sure.

Great showcasing of a really special home. It's not just a "property" Enes it's a HOME, free tip Enes. When you get rich remember me. Also, special mention to Mikey for his call on the terra cotta warrior picture. It flashed in my mind as "where have I seen this before", then Mikey nailed it. Great job guys, enjoyed it a lot.
