In this video we will show you the full procedure of handlebar installation, this Art Of Motorcycle Handlebar provides excellent comfort for long distance touring, inspires confidence in off road as well.
This handlebar is wider and taller than the stock one on the Himalayan 450, and it helped me reducing the vibrations and jerking on the handlebars.
This handlebar comes with 2 pairs of Aluminium spacers for handlebar mounting points as the stock one has bigger diameter in the centre,
1 plastic spacer for charger,
2 handlebar weights (bigger and heavier than the stock one).

What about the vibrations on the handlebar? I am facing unavoidable range of vibration 😢 totally disappointed. This is old Himalayan specific handlebar. Not ment for 450 !

I went on a 500km ride on this handlebar but didn’t observe any evident signs my friend. My observation is that AOM handlebar is of different material than the stock handlebar, real difference is there only. May be that support is making vibration issue worse for you. Make sure you fit all the nut and bolts in proper measure and observe the rubber bushings between the handlebar clamp and T-plate, it also makes vibrations if it’s broken or has a cut on it.

I also faced insane vibration in AOM handle bar..aluminium clips which they used to fit handle bar causes lot of vibration and after that I went to oem handle bar again

@@Sbakade2 Same here bro😢 actually the handlebar is for old Himalayan and these people should atleast provide a dedicated one for 450
