What to consider for next projects: - Balconies - More play areas (tennis courts, swimming pool etc.) - Larger houses + More spaced blocks. NB: More like what has been done in Kilamba, Angola.

Great location, but I doubt if 5m+ for a 2BR is value for money in Kisumu. With that amount, you can use 1-2m to get big land around the airport and the other 4m to construct a decent house. The buildings look more like those pipeline buildings

karibuni pipeline ya kisumu.....in other related news one goes for a dump in the dark ama someone hasn't noticed the WC have poor natural lighting? Then i do believe you can find decent units @ lesser price in non slum parts of nairobi. Yawa!

So we just replaced the once green and beautiful Makasembo estate for this vertical slum where greedy developers and politicans seek to make a killing from naive Kenyans

Makasembo was a Slum with 1960 soviet looking tiny houses just like ondiek estate. Estates like.Makasembo & Ondiek.make kisumu look very old & poverty stricken. A serious shame to kisumu. Kisumu needs density & modern high rise apartments. It's a City next to a water body
