The biggest, craziest, property video we’ve ever done had to be reserved for the full tour of SERHANT. House NY, right? We’re not a regular real estate company, and this is not a regular office tour 🥳 Thank you to everyone who’s a part of the everyday life at @serhant and makes it an incredible environment. Where most real estate offices feel transactional, I wanted SERHANT. House to be more than that. So we focus on collaborating, creating, and inspiring.

I love how the whole office was laid out perfectly according to its purpose. Every corner has different character. I love how it was made for interaction plus pleasing visuality used to energize the mood and made working fun. Kudos to all those behind this masterpiece! Congrats!

Using Oculus would be a great idea and an innovative approach, I like the little cliffhanger at the end, it really shows how adaptive and eager you guys are on wanting to connect, even through virtual reality/metaverse. This would be cool, clean and different in showings, happy promoting! Godspeed
