Sunny Isles Beach is one of the most comfortable neighborhoods to live in, so I'll share with you interesting facts, cool places and even more! I consider Sunny Isles Beach a gem of Miami Dade County, because the area has lots of parks,great restaurants, and many luxury oceanfront condos with incredible views from the window.
Buy or not to buy? That is the question. I'm definitely in favor! What about you?

I wouldn't mind. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., thinking of transitioning to Florida, pre or post retirement when that time comes. 😁 Maybe Sunny Isles Beach will be added to my choice, besides Ft. Lauderdale, etc.

No boardwalk is indeed the biggest disadvantage, particularly for active people who enjoy walking/running outside.
