I absolutely love the idea of adding a fence for dogs. Also buying a townhome seems better to free time from mowing, etc and I think it’s cheaper to buy home insurance compare to a single family home.

There are pros and cons. The HOA’s can be a nightmare. Fees can go up quite a bit. Be sure to read the HOA docs which, by the way, they provide right before closing when u have already signed everything n can’t back out.
