It is definitely a very beautiful house with large spaces, a less modern cut to what you have us used to seeing in your videos. I imagine that we will have to invest much of the day in cleaning all that rubbish that accumulates from the surrounding trees, that in my opinion is, a real problem, for that amount of money, you have shown houses, perhaps not so big, but if much more beautiful practical and comfortable. a hug, I'll keep watching your videos

The only two things I like about the his house is the "lot 1.5 arc" that its on and the SIZE of the house. I would need to do so much work to bring it to par. Needs new rails for the staircase, need to make a a larger garage and place an apartment on top, need to redo the ALL bathrooms, redo the kitchen, I would make it MORE of a Cap Code..so that means I would need to redo the outside of the house! Its just NOT for me.

I really like the style of this home. Not a huge fan of that shade of blue (navy would have been nice), no bonus room/loft upstairs and only a two car garage. Perfect otherwise.

architecturally the front of that house is a trainwreck. 4 different window styles, 4 different exterior materials, gables mixed with arches. that bay window design alone is a crime against humanity.
