Beautiful house, but the price is somehow ridiculous 1. No green space 2. No pool. 3. No compound.

Great improvement with interior and exterior design. Would have prefered to have the buglary embeded into the window designs to give the facade a more attractive view. Should have a private pool rather than a communial pool considering the cost of the house which is a down side. Minimal automation - Excellent work.

I Don't think this house is N550m. What? I just can't see a N550m value. Beside wuye is not a porche area as such compared to guzape amd others.

Lol you haven’t seen anything yet … in ikoyi you would get a 4br appartment with this . I’ve seen people sell 1m usd “shells” just bc of the right location. This is fairly a good deal cause most houses like this in lagos wouldn’t come with an elevator for this price.
