This time, I would like to introduce Matsumoto in Nagano Prefecture!
Matsumoto can be reached from Tokyo in about two and a half hours, and it is a great place to take your time sightseeing, such as Matsumoto Castle, which is characterized by its black color, Nawate-dori and Nakamachi-dori, where you can eat while walking, and the Matsumoto City Museum of Art, where Yayoi Kusama's collection is on display. It's perfect.
