Soly's monologue at 20 minute mark is everything I hope for when I travel to any golf club. Even to be grouped with members rather than as what happens often you end up playing as a single and not being welcomed or embraced.

Just love the conditions shown here. Was a super amazing summer to get it looking like that. I hit some distances and shots I've never had before in my life. Probably won't be another 20 years before it's ever like this again...

It's classic Streisand effect as well. I wouldn't have given it a second thought but the blurring makes you go "oh, it's a Titleist".

Next season I'd love to see a budget course a mid range and a top end course each episode and just up the cash a bit to allow the three courses price.... all other rules should remain. I can so relate to Sully's crash.. was 4 under through 5 on Monday, then had a triple, then another birdie , followed by 2 3 putt bogeys. Was 1 under with 3 to go and had a bogey double bogey par finish. 16 and 17 are par 3's.. ;(...................... shot 2 over.

Great show. Very entertaining. I have question about the greenery of the courses I have seen. I realize most courses do not water the entire course, with that said, is there a time of the year in in the UK when the courses are greener? Thinking of doing a trip in the future.

Depends on previous rainfall whether there has been lots, this is my local course and is usually green there had just been an extreme amount of long exposure to sun

I haven't been to Nairn, but when I played Dornoch and Brora a few years ago in mid June it was quite green. I am no expert but I would guess that spring is the best time to find it green.

Solys sub-terranian AoA is impressive until you see DJ in a Bunker, and he finds alot of them while "shot making", guy should pack a lounger and some mini umbrealls for the amount of chill time he spends in there.
