basically uhh tdx is the aftermath of tower battles on easy mode, you'll see similar zombies on tower battles in the early waves, until you see zombies irrelevant to tower battles like amored zombie which is the earlier version of boss 1 but tiny. chained zombie is the boss 1 of easy mode as they have similar health but with the difference of being weaker than boss 1. as the waves progress on further, you'll see even more irrelevant zombies like the mutated zombie and it's offspring behind him. during the release, they don't drop their offsprings but now they can. the armored heavy zombie is a combination of armored zombie and a heavy zombie, somehow stronger than the chained boss. and then more irrelevant zombies will be seen in late waves. like the hazmat zombie, he is infected by the zombie virus. and if you are wondering, "who's the boss 2?" it's abomination, he is a fast and tanky zombie that is, well, an abomination. and then you'll see the final grunt of easy, radioactive zombie, it's like the toxic but unironically and unimaginably stronger than it's old counterpart. when you lost, you can see [PLAGUE DOCTOR] on the defeat screen. he is the final boss of easy mode. he has 5 abilities, 1 ability contains 3 in total. 1: he will pull out a spray gun and shoot out 3 different kinds of colors which depends on their debuffs such as green, capable of slowing down your tower's fire rate. red, capable of lowering damage and blue, capable of lowering range. 2: he can stomp the ground to stun towers like void but however, he can heal while doing that. 3: he can summon your dead towers 3 of which being ranger, armored ranger, and the bottom path ranger that you just placed in. 4: he automatically summons a bird to stun your tower. and 5: rage mode. basically leaking out black smoke to lower your tower's fire rate by 60% and can heal 1000 hp. on intermediate mode, you'll see zombies. but orange. however, you'll see a familiar zombie on wave 8. that's right. its [REVIVED BOSS1]. the plague doctor found remains of the past boss1s and the zombies and the soldiers so that they can be resurrected by the plague doctor, the plague doctor then commands their resurrected grunts to fight for him. however, you'll see something that can confuse you out of your damn mind. yes, its the [MULTIPLIER 1] he can multiply zombies and make them faster than the real one to give you a challenge. this will give you a real challenge, a [GRENADIER] which throws grenades (no shit sherlock) to summon in zombies. the plague doctor also found some remains of a grenadier soldier and revived him. and then you'll see another clone of heavy zombie but orange, its the heavy zombie, but red. he is called the armored heavy zombie. to give you more of a jackshit challenge, he has a 95% bullet resistance so good luck lmao. you'll see the boss 2 of intermediate mode, the [SUPER HEAVY ZOMBIE] also has 95% bullet resistance, but has 550 hp so good luck lol. you'll also see the [REVIVED TITAN] which is like another boss 2 of intermediate. he has 92% bullet resistance. "that's cool" he has 1475 hp "this game fucking sucks". and then you'll see the [NUCLEAR ZOMBIE], which is like the toxic, but faster, fortunately, it doesn't stun like in tower battles. although they are easy to fight, you have another challenge to beat. "what is it?" it is the [MULTIPLIER 2], it multiplies zombies by 3, you'll need piercing or explosions in order to actually progress through the mode without developing t o o m u c h insanity while fighting them. and then you'll have a stronger stronger boss 2, the [MONSTER] he doesn't have a bullet resistance or anything, but he's jackshit stronger than revived titan, having 4200 health. he's also decently fast. after some time, you'll be met with the boss 3 of intermediate mode, the [CHARGER BOSS] just like the speedy boss in tds, he's too fast for a living. and then another stronger stronger boss 2, the [SMASHER], he can actually stun. "well that's not a big deal aint it" he's decently fast "still aint a big deal", he has 9000 hp "bruh". i'm not gonna talk about elite grenadier because he has the same statistics of the grenadier but stronger, also shocker because he can stun. and i would like to talk about the most annoying ass zombie that you will have to spam in cheap towers everywhere. it's time to talk about the [PREDATOR]. in intermediate mode and above, you will see HP on your towers. "what do you mean hp on my towers?" basically, your towers are on life support and they are humans like us in real life. "so what happens if they have no hp left?" good question. they D I E. yes, towers can die if they have hp. in easy, they dont have hp. the predator, he's gonna groom all of your towers. he has one singular ability. KILL. before i talk about wave 32. did you know that instead of just 1 enemy being stealthed like the hidden in tower battles, EVERY ZOMBIE can be stealthed. even BOSSES. anyway wave 32, every enemy is stealthed in that wave, one enemy named [JAMMER], he can "jam" your abilities and a dj. wave 33, its just simple but you are met with 2 new enemies. the [INFILTRATOR] which is just a fast ass enemy which explosive resistance. and then you'll see a familiar enemy that the [REDACTED] has found, that's right, it's the [REVIVED ABOMINATION], he is the fastest enemy in the entire game. this guy has 6k hp and is too fast for a boss. however, the real fight begins and wave 30 is not the final wave. he is the one and only, the main antagonist of the entire franchise, the main enemy of the game, the [ERADICATOR], he is the real and main enemy of the game, he has a weird ass head and a rocket launcher on his back, i'm not gonna explain the abilities but i can tell you what it does, it has 7 abilities, 1: it bursts out 12 missiles on a random tower, place down baits so that your most valuable towers don't get damaged. also it kills your towers 2: it bursts out 3 missiles on your most valuable tower, you cant bait it. and it kills your towers, 3: he charges his sword to jam abilities and dj and lower the fire rate. 4: he does a sword spin to stun your towers. 5: he goes... M A D, stuns every tower even with towers that has stun immunity. yes stun immunity exists. it does a scream to stun and after screaming, it cools down for a while to reboot up. his head also breaks to reveal a red neon eye. 6: he does a sword slam, it kills your towers. and 7: he breathes fire, it kills your towers, and make some medium rare. after you kill it, it doesn't lay down like its dead, instead he has rockets on his back and he will blast off to the stratosphere and he's on his way to find his base to do some repairs. i'm not gonna do elite and expert because uhh why not. take your time reading this.

Also, the whole "polished version of tower battles" thing, it's kind of because it's a type of sequel of Tower battles. They've already had a collab with the darn game, also now they're planning on a whole tower battle mode.

The zombies don't line up on the path is to make it less laggy, you can get up to a million zombies on the path and not lag like this. Unlike lining up, where 100k (or less) would make the game start lagging.
