One last thing: Since Spectre doubles the damage and Jester Boost multiplies it by five times, a crucifix affected by both will deal 100% damage, meaning it can one shot anything. This is not really anything major as you can only use it on Jester and maybe the casual bosses but I thought it would be funny to tell. EDIT: LIKE 2 DAYS LATER, THEY MADE JESTER BOOST NOT AFFECT TRAPS LOL

BTW it should be noted that El Goblino’s traps (including crucifix) count as Effects, which means enemies with a complete immunity like Demise and Void wont be affected by El Goblino at all, not even by the crucifix damage.

El Goblino reminds me of the Spike factory and Bloon trap from BTD6 combined…. Which makes sense considering he’s insanely good. Edit: I got the bloon trap mixed up with something else, whatever it is it basically stuns the bloons.

Another lil thing, El goblino can be used as a money tower. basically, just sell the traps that El Goblino spawns for some extra mana

Tip: Place El goblino on corners. El goblino has potential to place around 7-8 traps if placed well on a corner and has a balloon pal buff.

The problem with el goblino is that he makes byte basicaly obsolete, expect for the early game. People use byte generally to stun bosses and strong enemies, but now that Larry does that and also takes a massive 20% of the boss’s health, it makes him basically useless, even if he can stun faster than Larry, it’s still a costly tower that has a very specific use,because towers in the game melt enemies, but they struggle with bosses, making a boss stun more worth the tower slot . To make him better, I think that they could make byte have the volt effect, where his attack hits more than 1 enemy, making him decent on the early/mid game. great points but ill also mention some other El goblino can be a more reliable source for fast enemy stuns, since byte attacks in bursts, byte could miss a fast enemy or stun it at a bad spot, and, you can also use byte + el goblino for melees units if youre doing it with others.

El Goblino feels like it was balanced around towers like Yasuke and maps like Alien Attack and Frantic Forest. He’s just for semi-specific situations in my opinion, but in those situations in particular, oh yeah he’s BROKEN. I always had the thought a second stunning tower would backfire as it could just be used along with Byte and I was right. I still think the tower is far from balanced. So glad you’re back by the way.

overall, i think “Larry” is a decent hero. i can see them being good on long maps to stall or raid maps

You forgot to mention that "Larry's" traps can be sold for mana. My friends and I used "Larry" as a cheap way to get mana. We placed our "Larrys" in the back as we had good defense in the middle. (though we did leave a few traps just in case an enemy got through) One max trap can be sold for 750 mana. One max "Larry" can place 4 traps. 750 x 4 = 3000 3 max "Larrys" can place 12 traps altogether. 12 x 750 = *9000* I have to mention this was usually at the mid to late game so I don't know if mana is needed that much and we did this in the library map so I don't know if it's viable on other maps. btw glad to have you back berk, hope you have a good day.

another thing about larry, on straight paths he places only 4 traps but on corners he will do 8 traps

Lets not forget that with perfectly placed bytes... that can be a total of 27 seconds of CC (slowdown or stun) with 10 from crucifix, 7 from meat trap, 5 from paralyze and then 5 seconds of half speed from shock.

El goblino can deal 70% of jesters HP with the crucifix. I just played a chaos kingdom game and jester died in like 27 seconds

If im not wrong, the crucifix can actually one shot anything that is not a boss, if anything were caught by the crucifix that is not a boss they will get pull down to hell and die (the crucifix will broke if it a boss and dealing 10% damage of the boss total health) Also el goblino can actually be a income heroes because you can just sell the trap he made, and he make the trap for free, which is cool like income every 17-18 seconds

El Goblino is a very good support tower. When it gets level 2 and above it starts to stun enemies. Giving your other towers a great chance to attack the stunned enemy.

After doing some maths I’ve discovered El goblino somehow made more mana than lemonade cat in the long run 4 max lemonade cats make 5600 per wave while 3 max level goblino give 2250 mana every 20 seconds if you sell the traps, 17 seconds stun and money maker it’s brutal

El goblino is pretty good Good stun,massive damage (with crucifix if enemy max health) and overall a pretty funky little dude but needs prep time inorder to do all the things he does and is trash in crowd control Compared to byte Byte vs El goblino is a toss up for me atleast Byte is more easier to use and is great for crowd control but the stun is eh compared to el gob While El goblino is great stun and great damage but needs prep time and trash crowd control El goblino is a bery balanced stand imo,good yob devs 👍👍 Also what the hell did they do to my boy beebo he was fine the way he was..sort off but still what the fuck,he was once a god and then became shell of its former self and then became a god and became.....in the middle i guess?
