Town Manager Ken Robichaud can't just DENY you getting that kind of information...he's violating state and federal law by doing that! Go see the Town Attorney and tell him/her on camera and show that you requested the information and you were DENIED getting it by Robichaud, tell him/her you are going to sue the town for VIOLATING state and federal law and your right to the information if they DON'T give you what you asked for!
