This episode is a good example for how hard it is to win as mafia. Mafia, mostly Skimm, played that perfectly and they still lost. Town still won against all the odds.

1: Your mafia were bad when choosing to attack the very talkative second D1 Jailor claim. 2: You missed the fact that the Jailor claim said he forgot to jail someone because he was refuting the other/false Jailor claim, putting the first Jailor claim in your will as jailed. Edit: I'm not sure with the many updates since I've played, but being jailed used to be the only way to protect from being ignited. That may have changed though.

The fact that you didn't win this with great plays almost every night is insane. Maf roles are so bad..

holy shit im in this video lol, i was homer. i was trying to do a strong push as spy hoping doctor would be on me but no avail. apologies for being a lil toxic i was not very sober :P also to clear up about me complaining about spy: I was talking about myself when i was complaining about why Spy doesn't see who visits. i was saying that the Spy role should actually say who visits. also i was incredibly shocked at that fake forge, i even said it in dead chat and sigh (other forger) took credit lol!

I think repeatedly jailing mayor kinda prevented arso going for him. Good reveal by mayor and nice coordination with jailor. One of the few games when jailing the mayor is the right call.

Ignite is like jest or pest. The jail walls dont prevent indirect visits or Unstoppable attacks

Been playing a ton of ToS lately- racked up like 105 loses tho because town dumb or I visit medusa N1 in coven - these videos help a lot with my wins

I got a legit Arso win earlier today, not even by a technicality or by begging. The last big brain move was getting the jailor to exe the Vet claim, as I had "proved" myself as invest and the Vet hadn't killed anyone.

Yesterday I got a win with witch by killing 4 town. The vet came baited N1 so I sent a rando into them and it was spy. I thought they would alert again so i sent another person into them and they were town, too. Then the vet said they weren't gonna alert anymore since they knew it was witch game, so I just did some random stuff. Then the night before the night before last it was me, ww , LO(?), trans, and vigi. The trans did some really stupid stuff and got LO(?) lynched. Then, since I knew who the last town were and vigi came out, I made the vigi shoot the trans, and I was able to vote with the ww to get the win. I managed to get 2 achievements with that game. It was so beautiful.

I think skimm is single handedly making the community not leave as mafia.

The only worst mafia is ambusher because it tells who killed you and you can taunt from the grave. Some overpowered ones are like disguiser, consig, escort, janitor, framer, and hypno. Hypno can basically let you act as nearly any role you want. Disguiser can make you kill people like jailor if you die. You can also kill spies. Consig is an overpowered investigator. All you need to know are the results, possibly find the witch and win. Consort is basically an escort. The only bad thing is it gets detected by spy. Janitor basically could hide anyone you kill. If you kill the jailor because you are playing silent jailor which in a pretty bad technique if you are jailor as mafia can also pretend that they are the jailor. All mafia roles are powerful but the only exception is ambusher. IT SUCKS SO BAD! WHEN YOU KILL YOU GET TAUNTED AND YOU DIE. JUST REVAMP AMBUSHER PLEASE! Also mafia is basically based on pretending as town. That is why you have townish roles. Spy is the only one that removes the possibility as town. As consort you say you rbed your other mafia. Consig should basically invest a mafia. Hypno should trans a maf and town members(i would prefer double maf if possible). Mafia is basically making town less credible. If there is a janitor, yeah medium claim. The main goal is to outsmart the town, mafia is not underpowered, it is infact one of the most powerful roles in the game. If nobody has taunts but there is a medium and you are an ambusher, you are screwed my buddy. To restate this: Mafia is overpowered and can win in any game. The skill cap is really high and you just need to know how to play it. In fact if you even leave as mafia, you should LEAVE as the jailor. The point is do not leave as mafia. Coven might be better but that is easier to play. You have potion master, you can claim doctor. Coven relies on killing and is very fast paste but screwing up you goofed really badly. One screwing up as coven is basically death. As mafia screwing up can benefit you. As nobody may suspect you except if you been saying messages in chat that might make you susp, you can still win. In fact framer can pretend as a bodyguard. If you wanted to get lynched last second sure. Might as well have a fake lookout on the jailor and possibly keep getting information from them, give it to disguiser and make a fake will get yourself lynched and lynch the actual jailor. There are many styles as a mafia member in town of salem and leaving makes my disgusted. tl;dr: Mafia is overpowered but has a high skill cap and relies on pretending as town. Coven relies on killing and pretending as town but also maintaining less suspicion. Ambusher is the worst mafia. Silent jailor playstyle can almost result as a guaranteed win as mafia if they kill you and have a forger/janitor (IF THEY ARE NOT OUTSMARTED BY TOWN).

Legit just had a great mafia game as mafioso the whole game, I claimed LO on jailor got several mislynches putting my mafia in majority, told jailor to jail hidden mayor last night because I told him mafia would target him and then killed the jailor and mayor revealed and managed to hang one of the 3 of us but then we killed him, it was disg and consig for rm, so probably one of best mafia games ever

I think if you DC after you get maf, you should get like a 2 hour ban, this would make people stay would, while also making them not have a longer ban. While sometimes people actually do DC by accident I feel its worth it would make the game better for the collective of people.

First, you didn't realize that Homer was talking about HIMSELF when he was complaining about why Spy doesn't see who visits (he was saying that the Spy role should actually say who visits, since that's how a normal spy would do their job). But of course you don't realize that. Then, you do something that your buddy Shadow always says is 100% evil: you put ellipses on your text on day 3. So...honestly, you're a hypocrite. You're just as bad as any other mafia player. Only difference is you don't leave, and you at least try to claim. But that doesn't make you good.
