Two facts 1. Selling will stop when buying will stop ( no encroachment) 2. Walk to work if distance 1 km , Cycle to work if distance is 5 kms, Bus to work if distance is 10 kms and train / metro to work if more than 10kms.

Town planning failure cha main reason tech ahe...ki rajyat 90% town planner he town planner nasun engineer (non planner) ahet. So a non planner doing job of planner is like pharmacist doing job of surgeon. Sarang tumhi agdi barobr bollat compounder😂. System mdhe kiti planners kami ahet he nantr adhi ahet te yogya ahet ka he mahatvache ahe.
