Welcome to Movie Shortens. The parents of a rebellious teenager give up everything they have to join the Evergreen Estates community which guarantees their troubled teen will stop destroying the family dynamics. Soon after, Jenna and her sister Jules are subjected to stringent “by -laws” of the homeowners association. If these rules are broken, the association delivers cruel rulings and what happens to these disobedient children is shocking.

There is a movie like this with a similar plot. Kids are forced to have brain implants to make them behave. All the school kids are controlled by a radio antenna in the school grounds. Does anyone know the film? I've been trying to remember the title for a while. ty

The closest thing I know of is an Outer Limits Episode where a troubled kid is taken to a school where they put a chip in his head and were basically trained to be assassins.
