for some reason the blox fruits devs could add a full fruit and rework in update 17 - leopard and doughs rework - TWO more fruits in the christmas update those being blizzard and portal (door rework) and then in update 18 GODDAMN RACE V4s
they literally added human v4, fish/sharkman v4, angel/sky v4/ mink/rabbit v4, cyborg v4, ghoul v4 AND NOW THEYRE GOING TO ADD A GODDAMN LOVE FRUIT REWORK/AWAKENING IN BLOX FRUITS UPDATE 19 AND ALSO REWORKING STRING INTO SPIDER FRUIT BUT THEY CANT A GODDAMN SCREENSHAKE TOGGLE BUTTON IN SETTINGS I SWEAR SCREENSHAKE IS SO ANNOYING USING SOUL GUITAR X MULTIPLE TIMES LITERALLY GIVES ME A MIGRAINE. THERES FAST MODE. THERES A DAMAGE COUNTER. I remember fighting against two toxic 15 mil leopards and they kept spamming "ez runner" in the chat while THEY were the ones running away (I was chasing them but they called me a runner for no reason) After I 3/3'd both of 'em, they got frustrated and said they're gonna report me and get me banned from "hacking" (and they also got embarrassed too cuz they had their ONLINE gfs there and they wanted to show off killing the entire server but couldn't even kill a 6.1 mil bounty light user)

This actually kind of reminds me when I fought my first toxic player I was just grinding out some levels in fountain city as a Marine, when I glanced up at chat at noticed a fairly new player (I think he had less than 500k bounty) getting picked on by a 1.8m player. Not only was the 1.8m dude (I’ll just call him toxic boi for the rest of the story) at around level 650, but he had no reason to be in an area for lower levels. I told toxic boi to stop, and that he had no reason to be at a lower level area. He replied by telling me that I was trash, and that I should “get better.” After a bit of back and fourth arguing, I realized I was getting nowhere, so I challenged Toxic boi to a duel at the fountain city. The rules of the duel were clear, swords only (this is because I wanted to see if this dude was a fruit spammer or not). When toxic boi finally arrives at Fountain City, I began counting down to start the duel. This dude tried to get in a cheap shot while I was counting down. First round went by, toxic boi didn’t even get me below a third of my HP, despite him having instinct. Second round, this time, toxic boi tried using his rubber fruit on me. Whooped him again. Third round, same results as rounds one and two. After the duel ended, I told toxic boi that I was self-admittedly bad at PvP. Despite him getting his rear end whooped three times in a row, he still had the audacity to tell me to get better at the game. Luckily, toxic boi eventually left the game, so the person he was bullying could continue playing in peace. TLDR: 1.8m bounty player is being toxic, gets whooped three times in a row by a 750k honor player.

To This Little Fella: Running In Pvp is for example when a Portal user starts teleporting in idfferent locations and running away from you until he just Hides in Safe zone or resets when combat is off and another example is more simple When 2 players are pvping Keeping distance to either kentrick a player or bait him from a combo or trying to heal is not called running running during pvp is when the player starts running away from the 1v1 Area and just goes far from the pvp zone i hope that helps

i had almost same situaction but the portal i was 1v1-ing barely was turning on v4 when he was low (the deal was that we won't v4) and after that he changed from skilled build to build with a fricking skill issue (cdk , soul guitar, god humanm, portal) my build was dark blade , super human , kabucha, rumble ye i died cuz he was running , v4 and air camping against me when he won he said im fake bounty

i suggest you use another fruit, rumble's only really good ability is the X which is sadly easily dodgeable by obvservation haki :/ dark or portal are wayy better
