I wouldn't go that far but people need to know that NDAs can't cover illegal actions. We need them to keep trade secrets for businesses so their competitors can't get it like the recipes for coke for example. But I think there definitely should be more restrictions placed on what you ask people to keep quiet about.

Was going to write this before I saw your comment. I couldn't agree more! Yes, Diddy is on his way down, but I'm sure he still has enough influence to pull strings and blackball someone if they say anything negative. Even if they gave a measured response (Something like "I didn't see any of that during my time, and I enjoyed working for Diddy, but I cannot condone his behavior,") I still wouldn't put it past DIddy to take his revenge.

I was with a guy who was beating me up. No one knew until I spoke up. He hid it very well, and the manipulation is hard to break away from. His family didn't believe me, and some of his friends. I got away though. You probably know at least one couple, where this is happening, but you have no idea.

For those who don't know what living in abuse on a daily basis is like, it's not easy to get away from them, especially when it's a person who is in your own family or holds power over your entire life. People don't want to be involved or get hurt themselves. Everyone who helped him cover his abuse are guilty too imo. Whenever you don't fear death, nothing is scary anymore because you are already dying inside anyways. I hope Diddler gets everything he deserves as he is a coward as are all abusers. It's very hard to keep going when you don't know what to do and nobody will help you. Bless everyone of his victims..😢 please know that I'm not trying to play the victim or compare myself to this but, I am a victim and I live in it daily so whatever anyone thinks, walk a day in my flip flops.

Interesting… I worked with individuals with Developmental Disabilities that were employed on a supervised work crew cleaning an event venue at a a Casino. All the entertainers and sports teams always allowed them to continue cleaning doing their jobs during rehearsals ( John Bonjovi, WNBA, NBA, college teams comes to mind) JLo was the only entertainer that would not allow them to clean the arena during rehearsals and they had to either go to the base site or use their personal/vacation time if they wanted to get paid for the entire week!! Hotel staff that were to work on her floor were directed no eye contact or speak in any way to JLo … never been impressed by her

If you have the experience in the entertainment business you imply saying that the Executives should come out with positions on what Diddy did you cone off a little disingenuous. You know they are not publicly going to say shit. First off once they publicly recognize what he did how do you keep working for him ? They know this is all going to blow up soon but they are going to suck as much as they out of these high paying gigs. Also they probably have contracts with NDA's that are written so well that they would not only lose their jobs and any outstanding bonuses but lose a boatload of $$ in court from breaking the NDA - even if they were right ! Until somebody kills the King (Diddy) I think they live in fear that any careers they have in the business are exposed if Diddy seeks ANY kind of revenge. For sure, they all most likely have a good idea what happened, but damn the reason they are all hanging around this psychopath was for the $$ and the fame they would pick up just being in his businesses or in his entourage.

Long works hours with no time for any personal life, was also common in most financial service industries, whether it's high level investment banking, or even just the commission only- no salary financial advisor in a bank branch like I was. No violence or verbal abuse, but still the attitude of the firm owning you and having to work about 60 yours a week (with no guaranteed salary, just commission, health insurance, 401k)

In the fashion industry this is nothing out of the ordinary. I’ve worked for many big fashion companies and have dealt with yelling, sexual harassment, long hours, pushed to the creative limits and so much more. It was especially difficult during the 90’s and early 2000’s when the laws were different. So what Sean John past employees are saying is 100% believable because so many of us have experienced the same things. I’ve worked at a fairly large fashion company where the owner asked us all to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor to off set all the bad reviews and if we didn’t do it he would know. So some of the positive reviews can be questionable.
