Your second child fears are ok. I feel you. I gave birth to my second child in 2020. My advice is don't worry about "making" space for baby number 2. Space is going to naturally, organically happen. It is amazing to witness motherhood expand to accommodate your new baby. My children are 8 years apart. I was worried. But I learned I am more than enough for both of them; and you are too. Congratulations on your pregnancy. And thank you for your excellent podcast ❤

Omg yesss !!! I had an encounter with an old friend. He hasn’t talked to me in years and I’ve evolved and the first thing he asked me is “ where’s your boyfriend/husband ? And I said my happiness isn’t dependent on IF i had a boyfriend. He was taken back but i had to let it be known

I love that Nina had a realization that she was upset with a black man after her relationship, because that is essentially exactly where I am after a bad relationship. Love that she recognized where she could have done better in allowing repeated offenses in a relationship as this is also something that I am working through myself and healing through.

I love her story, it’s a lot like mine, I needed to hear a lot of the things she said because I’ve been stuck in a weird place not respecting myself but I’m working on getting myself out of that! Self love and respect is everything! Learning to really have fun on this journey called life is necessary regardless of what anybody else thinks 🙏🏽🙌

Loved this interview with Nina, especially the last comment about catching up with old friends and the association of outward happiness with newfound love. No sis ask about my career, self love, something deeper than a man
