You can get toxic utc for around 100 gems in the marketplace. It's also cheaper to max. It's better for midgame. TOXIC UTC THE GOAT

Sinister TV because it’s cheaper better higher value doesn’t make you lag as much and it slows toxic slows. I think a bit more but it makes you lag so freaking hard and sinister TV does more damage.

The reason why I think sttv win cuz it has higher dps but shorter range but still in gud range cuz 45 is not that bad the exchange with massive 100k dmg every 5 second -_- and it could worth for value we bought or traded for it

theres the glitch that slowing stacks they havent fixed it and green slows 50% and toxic slows 25%

Sttv-Slows,high damage but can be easily slept,and more expensive to upgrade Tutc-has less damage but slows,can't be slept and more cheap to upgrade
