technically bottom path is 10x better, because it has boss dmg 10% and 25% enemy dmg at max 2-5, and its gas cloud dps is 275. Top is kinda trash in my opinion, cuz it only has speed, nothing else. toxicnator bottom with jugg, and rail, will shred bosses in seconds when u use his ability which does a lot of dmg aswell.

i mean bottom path's costs are INSANELY GIANT though. nothing near stuff like skyhawk art or anything but like top path is HALF the price of bottom toxicnator (25k to 50k)

Top have infinite splash and can be stacked, bottom has only 3× max

Both are better at their own uses and nothing is trash.Top path tox can prevent crowd leaks and a super counter against grenadier and multipliers,on the other hand bottom path tox has that burst tick which of course melts tank type mobs and bosses,add to the fact that its ability can increase overall damage of any tower.U saying top path is trash just means u dont handle early defence like at all and prefer playing with other players on my opinion

Top path is better on long maps and crowds And fun fact The gas stacks So you can have 100 top paths And there you go 1400 dps clouds for 23 seconds that is 32k damage Enough to kill predator mk2

Dude. all the towers who jonh put in the game is broken. BARRACKS, JUGG, JONH, RAIL, ICE TOWER, WARSHIP, ARTILHARY. ALL THIS TOWERS ARE BROKEN. Barracks got nerf but still good

yeah but the game isnt meant for braindead 2 year olds like TDS. tds is so easy that i could not pay attention to the game at all, and still win. in TDX, if you make a crucial mistake, you're going to die, and there's no way around it.

the game hasnt even been out of beta release. probably half the people dont even have juggernaut or laser gunner. they wouldnt be able to play anything above intermediate mode because its too hard for them. its just that simple 🤷‍♂@@Exzequiel1203

Well yea same here you can still place barracks and they will save you if you are fast enough soo I will say barracks is carrying almost everything besides expert and maybe elite

me personally i would not use top path like, in the slightest because bottom path is just way better. Bottom path is good for all the waves in general, and top path it just sucks when post-mid game occurs. Id just use a better crowd control tower like Artillery.

Top path tox actually has 92 dps with huge radius and hitbox and long lasting time on top path, as a splash tower than only costs about 25k to max, that is some insane value

did you even read my comment? i said it starts to get bad at post-mid game. meaning shortly after mid game. I never said it wasnt bad overall, i just said it gets outclassed by other splash towers like artillery.@@CarterLam1014

@@mun_dane its has better value than artillery, its good in any stage of the game the only part where it is worse than arty is the range, most of the time the person who is using tox think it is worse is because they didn't take into consideration of how cheap it is to max and they just didn't place enough. Also yes i read every single bit of it.

@@CarterLam1014 You are telling me it doing 322 damage to a single enemy over a course of 23 seconds is good in late game? I don't think any zombie would have less than 500 hp in late game if it's a different gamemode than easy. And artillery is just op, instead of Toxicnator doing 322 damage over 23 seconds, artillery gets literal map range on 2-4, (the bigger barrel upgrade) on pretty much EVERY map except oil rig, and does 450 damage per shot. I don't know how you think 322 damage over 23 seconds is better than 450 per shot with pretty much map range.

@@mun_dane toxic although doesn't do high burst damage, it definitely has more cc potential than arty, just because how big and long the smoke lasts,it WILL catch more enemies at a time compared to atry and it always catches more than 20 enemies at a time and can act as a support chipper, its especially good for how cheap it costs, you can max 6 top paths compare to 1 artillery, and other than the range, tox will do more damage. Arty has more utility but tox still has overall better value and no enemy resists toxic but quite some enemies resists explosions. So in conclusion, you use arty because it has good utility and high single shot damage, i use tox because of how good its crowd control is and how cheap it is to max.
