In fact: Fnaf 2 mod didn’t add foxy at the kids cove because the withered foxy is in parts and service room and the mangle in kids cove but not changed and even mangle is not at the hallway to run

Lore-wise its probably be because kids would’ve still have liked the ‘take apart and put back together’ attraction that Mangle was. And it probably would’ve make the pizzeria less fun, or at least Fazbear ent would’ve thought that. But it was probably because it would’ve looked weird seeing Foxy climbing on the ceiling on the cams lol.
