Shadow Freddy actually was hidden in Pirate Cove, he was right next to the stereo that you interacted with. He was also in the dining area as well. As for the third hiding spot, I have no idea. He blends so well into the darkness that you can't even see him.

Actually, I think Shadow Freddy is suppose to be the striped shirt kid (Fnaf 4 kid maybe?) because Shadow Freddy asks you to play with him like a child would. and he said that its been a very long time since anyone played with him. so i don't think Shadow Freddy is the Mother
