Its the thrill of the Hunt man I order alot on line but nothing like getting out there and it's very cool to teach your children how to hunt I always liked taking my son's in the wild on the Hunt.

good to see the hunts and good to hear you're committed to getting healthy. I got hit with 3 things this year and they were all from BAD EATING .. fortunately ALL of it can be stopped and reversed but any longer and it would've been REALLY bad. We are about the same age so I'm glad you are being proactive .. we definitely need MORE POPPIN hunts lol

Awesome hunt brother. I love going out with the family and you and lil poppin captured the reasons why. Also, kudos to you and your bros for working on that fitness. I agree 100%, we need to be here as healthy as we can so we can share the BEST times of our lives with the people we care about. Cool to see you with your son on the hunt! My wife is 4.5 months pregnant with our first son, so I can hopefully go on a hunt with mine as well some day. Keep up the great work and good luck with the fitness move. Big Dub is definitely an inspiration.

Good to hear about the fitness challenge. For your goal, a calorie deficit is the key, burn more calories each day than you take in. Use exercises that you can stick to and an eating plan you can sustain also. Do that consistently over time, trust the process and it will work. Also your son is a champ, great video. 👍
