@@aquila4142 No, it still happened. It's still official in what Stinky Pete said. Just, in context and in light of "The Me Too Movement", that specific scene ("you know, I'm sure I can get you a part in Toy Story 3") is not on the 4K re-release of the movie. Now, unless you have the original Toy Story 2 DVD or Facebook or you search for it here on KZfaq or on Dailymotion (it's real), stuff like this is more likely to happen.

@@giuliogalante5733 The Prospector (to the Barbie Dolls): “you know, I’m sure I can get you a part in Toy Story 3.” 11 years later when the third movie came out, there was a Barbie doll who belonged to Molly before she was donated. She is Ken's love interesst and is good friends with Andy's toys and would assist them in their escape plan from Sunnyside Daycare. I guess the Prospector kept his word and got one of the girls a role in the third Toy Story movie. When I was watching the end credits of the Toy Story sequel on VHS, I didn’t know it was gonna be possible until some time later when my sister and I saw the teaser trailer for Toy Story 3. I was both excited and quite shocked at the same time, I didn’t think there was actually gonna be a Toy Story 3 before the trailer! And then when it got released and I saw that there was Barbie with the other toys, I thought *so Stinky Pete prospected his way into making a deal with Pixar to get a Barbie doll in the Toy Story triquel for real!* And it was the one of the best movies I ever watched multiple times!

Hate to burst your bubble but the Toy Story 3 that was planned at the time when this was made was very different from the one actually released so it’s mostly likely a different Barbie in Toy Story 3 itself Toy Story 3 had been planned for a while prior to coming out in 2010 but ended up taking 10 years to come due to Pixar stopping with animated film.

I think so. She DEFINITELY acts toward him like they're family. Toy Story of Terror (the Halloween special) REALLY has them acting like siblings. She treats him like a little sister towards caring big brother.
