Just a quick tip: Theres a cheat you can do where you crouch on a certian 2 doored drawer, on the bottom drawer. Crouching long enough on it gives infinite invincibility. It makes you not lose a life on instakill situations and never lose a pip of health.

I remember I was in the hospital.. for something. And they operated on me. I woke up and they took me to the recovery room or something, and this game was in there. So I sat there and played it..

Funny you should say that. In middle school i was downloading games for my snes emulator and I found toy story. This is actually a very creepy game. Not the bosses as much as the graphics. Like how the game looks realistic on a platform that it wasn’t created for. In food and drink the background is very realistic but the tables are just plain sprites. Or how in SIDS workbench Sid moves his arm very smoothly as opposed to the genesis version where it gets faster and then slower. Add that to the somewhat hyper realistic music and an emulator filter and you have one of the creepiest game sever made.

I am 4-5 years older than you and my childhood bff had this game at his house back in 96 right after it came out. We played it a few times, but I wasn't that good at it. haha. I just remember the music and I used to think whenever each stage was cleared, Woody was jumping up and down in anger. lol! I had the Game Boy version.

In the actual movie, the cereal bowl has Froot Loops (which is a trademark of Kellogg's) but due to an obvious licencing conflict, it was changed over to corn flakes in the videogames. How strange!

Fun game...the difficulty picks up around the level where you're on Sid's workbench. Would've been nice if Buzz were available to control on some levels.

I'm telling you, I gotta check out The super Nintendo version and the sega Genesis version. But Hey You should redo. You're play thru of this Game On the Genesis and the super Nintendo. And the same thing for the Lion King and Aladdin. And you've never done a play through of the amigo version of The Lion King. You should do one. Me on the overhead I'm a pro at the Lion King and Aladdin. And I might be a pro at this game. Because I usually play them on the Difficult Difficulty I think this game. And the Lion King make a great combination for some reason.

Ugh. The environment isn't even close to 3D. I know the Super Famicom has graphics in tilemaps and 3D software rendering in it would be at least CPU-intensive to the point of unplayability, but it bugs me when the environment blatantly tries to be and fails.

@goduskychris Chris Godusky Never play the sega version but in reviews it had better resolution clearly visible on the 3d stage more animation and a extra stage ( the snes look awful starched on the CRT screen , but had good game play )
