That definitely sounds like hydroplaning. It happened to me before and when I tell you I was literally shaking uncontrollably because I was so scared. I took my car in and basically they said I didn’t have enough tread on my tires to hug or grip the road so it’s basically you are sliding on slick like the babies were on the slip and slide. It doesn’t take much water you just need a little to keep your tires from making contact with the asphalt. Glad Greg was skilled and calm to keep yall safe. Thank God nobody was hurt. Fourth of July was so cute.. EssenceFest is always a vibe…

Lord, thank God y'all are alright. Toya, PLEASE wear your seatbelt even in the backseat. I hydroplaned once literally flew in the air into the median filled with water while it was pouring down raining and the car was smoking. It was NOTHING but God...and had it not been for the wire railing on the other side that we bounced off of before landing in that median, we would have landed on the other side of the road with several 18 Wheelers inches away. So I cleary understand what you were feeling in that moment and after! But again you can't drive for other folks so you never know what they have going on so please please please wear your seatbelt (even when you're taking a nap on the ride. I know from experience..... seatbelts save lives! Not preaching just noticed you didn't have your seatbelt on after the incident and we need you to be good!!
