Awesome. I got a 2005 4R SPORT V8 4.7. thats my 2nd 4R. Had a 3rd Gen 1998 SR5 V8, I ran that one to the Ground. LOVE those 4Rs. Im thnkng I will go 5th Gen at some point I hear the V6 engines are pretty strong & reliable. I hear 2023 6th gen 4R Toyota is going 4 Banger. Thats where I get off the bus, I ain't going there.

Nice rig - I think you answered my question with your 1 1/4" body lift - no rubbing of those 35's? I pulled my body lift out and am running 33's. If I run 35's and put the body lift back on it won't clear my garage unfortunately. Would love 35's though.....

Awesome. What custom tubing did you use to pipe your snorkel into your intake. I have an AFE intake that is slightly oval instead of round so I have to rig something up. Thx.

I have the same set up, afe Intake with the 80series snorkel. It actually meshed up pretty good. You will have to cut the inside fender a little bit for the included tube from the snorkel to dump into the intake. I then took some tape that’s used for plumbing to seal those two on the inside fender.

Surprised you can fit 35" tires even with the extra 1 1/4 body lift. I have a 2.5 inch front Bilstein 5100 lift+1.75 rear (shocks and springs). Even with the 31.7 inch tires (265/70/17) I had rub and had to move the fender liners forward. It's sitting pretty perfect now visually, but I wish I could have fit 33" at least, my off road guy says I'll likely rub. Is the body lift really the difference here?

I have a 2.5” lift and 33s on a 4th Gen with some basic trimming I got full lock to lock no rubbing

Why yellow out the headlight and not polish the lens covers so they actually preform. A lite wet sand and some polish will clean them up like new

4.7l iforce. Same as the tundra. Nothing crazy, 4th gen 4runner is the only 4runner to get a v8. The 4wd v8s are all time 4wd with 4 low and a center locking diff
