Thank you so much. I just want to share my builds, so I dont pay much attention to what hype words, pictures etc. I need to use to get the yt algorithms attention… In time I just hope They Can inspire others to try and build stuff and have fun doing it.. 🙏✌️

Incredible restoration! I'm sure many, many 86 chassis' in much better condition than this started at still ended up in a junk yard. The fact that you salvaged this into the finished result is hard to fathom. Congratulations on an amazing result. New subscriber from New Zealand.

Thanks 🙏 I bet your right… especially where they are plentyfull. Thank you for your kind words. I’m sometimes Sorry my video making skills aren’t up to par, becourse they don’t do the car justice… but you get the idea 👍 Cool. I’ll get into more ae86 stuff as soon as The celica episodes are done…

Well done on your build and attention to detail. Watching from the other side of the world in New Zealand. Just came across your channel this evening and watched your 4 videos on the build. I will be starting on my AE86 build this year which I'm looking forward to doing. Will be doing some videos throughout also 👌👍

Great work and patience! What was the hardest thing to source for this ground up build? What country are you in? Hi from Canada!
@DavidRoadworthyish2 жыл бұрын
Hi Canada…🇨🇦 I’m doing this in Denmark🇩🇰 Thank you. It’s always a balance between wanting to finish and wanting to do it right… I Think the hardest part is the rust work… you just don’t feel you get enywhere… but as long as you keep working it will be done. The hardest parts to get was actually small things like wiper arms, rear quarter window holders and trim parts.. The support for the ae86 platform is HUGE, and many parts are back in production. So no problems there.

Are the tail light bezels (black trim with the white line) all painted in flat black or gloss black? I’m trying to redo mine, but gloss doesn’t seem right.
@DavidRoadworthyish8 ай бұрын
Hi. They are plain plastic. The only thing Thats painted is the White Line…
@AllOutNoobHater8 ай бұрын
@@DavidRoadworthyish mine were in rough condition, so I guess I’ll just paint them flat black to match as best as possible. Thank you!
