where did you get the new radio from? will this radio have Sirius/XM or that is separate?

We reused the factory radio and installed our carplay and android auto kit to it

I have a 2013 Avalon, which is the same body style from the 2015 to 2018 models…..will this work on 2013 and 2014 Avalon models???
