To say that the Toyota Conquest/Tazz has been a hit for the manufacturer is an extreme understatement. I hardly know a person that hasn’t had a ride in one.
This specific vehicle is in wonderful condition. I purchased it from a friend and completely restored it to the condition it is in today. It wasn’t in bad condition, but I felt that the car was worth investing in. It has an air-con, central locking, Bluetooth radio and 2 x 6” x 9” speakers in the rear. The interior is in excellent condition. The vehicle has a partial service history, spare key and the engine has been overhauled.

I loved my Conquest 1300 GS. The Tazz version became a lower budget quality version of the Conquest. They started using different type of plastics, 4 speed gearbox and non Rev counter versions to save costs. The original Conquest pre Tazz, specifically the GS model had a 5 speed gearbox, Rev counter, etc even on the 1300 model. The car started losing that more rubbery feel on the internals that they Conquest had. The Tazz became more plastic and cheap looking.

How can I 'permanently' fix my constant oil leaking 1989 Toyota Conquest 1.3. She's a gem and goes so well and has been well cared for, but the leak and the smoking... please help.. just had it repaired abd it's leaking AGAIN 😢... 😭 Can I buy one of yours and swop mine? I bought mine 2nd hand in 2007 from a very caring owner.

redo the engine valve stem cells about r4k to do gets rid of smoke and replace he tappet cover gaskit. Also dont use the 20w50 oil use the 40 oil apparently it wears the engine out faster
