The saloon is far more elegant than that hatchback. Well, by definition, hatchbacks can not be elegant. This car is very nice, it has a very good looking exterior and interior. I liked the review. The presenter is very pleasant and warm hearted.

Nice review. A really nice looking design for both front and rear, it's 10 times better looking than the one we have here in Australia. And the reviewer is one of the most beautiful car journalist I have watched.

I like the more defined/sharp lines of the sedan (in the front, especially), and the unique interior upholstery in the sedan. I wish you could get those two in the wagon, but eh.

Also the rear heated seats are only available on the sedan and only on the top trim level neither of the other versions of the corolla offers them (at least where i live)

Where I live, you can buy this new Corolla Saloon with the 1.6 liter NA petrol engine with a manual transmission or a CVTransmission. With 132hp, it’s faster and more fun to drive than the hybrid. But it’s less efficient, albeit not by much.

I certainly prefer a manual transmission but in city driving the Hybrid will provide at least 30% better fuel efficiency.

Just got mine this week. There's a huge improvement in the inside with the new infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, which is very customisable. 😊

The saloon looks the best,sleek elegant beautifull,please toyota put the high power 2 litre engine in it,the hatch back and touring the head light is a big put off for me personally,and the centre screen looks like its from ebay lol.

These corolla saloons are made (apparently very well) in Turkey. Beware though that the saloon and estate are a longer car than the hatchback at 4.63m (and the longer wheelbase means much more rear legroom), so this is as big as a D segment car from a decade ago

Lovely looking motor shame about the boot I too prefer the hatchback. Performance wise it's gonna be similar to the Prius because that's basically wot it is albeit without the Prius body shell.

I prefer saloons as well. Such a shame it doesn't come with Android Auto, I imagine the newer models do. Also nice to see a review where the presenter doesn't constantly compare the car to other makes.

Think the saloon looks better than the weird hatchback. Inside nothing special and CVT is generally a poor choise.

Well, it mainly depends on the money you have. The Camry has 218hp and the Corolla has 122.

Prefer the hatch but I reckon I’d go for the estate, I’ve seen the saloon out and about and ‘conservative’ is the word alright 😴

The hatch is too small and the saloon is too impractical so the answer must be the Estate.

Lack of Apple CarPlay is a bit of a shame? It’s a joke in this day and age when all the competition offers it. You can get it on an Aygo but not on any of it’s bigger brothers?!!

Also saloon model can’t be equipped with LED headlights and tail lights while hatch and estate have that option. That sucks too.

A well made, sensible, practical, economical, reliable, affordable. ... yawn 😴 car for going to mass in. Or LIDL for some Wurthers Originals. Warning- may cause drowiness. Do not operate heavy machinery after use.

The car type shown in the video! Known as a Sedan in some countries or lately as a 'Streamline' as they tend to be the most economically efficient due to their shape.
